At Genesee Valley Log Homes there is no middle man. We mill our own logs using Eastern White Pine.

Site Evaluation
We offer suggestions to assist you with sight evaluation to move the process along quickly. Our log homes are designed with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Property standards; therefore eligible for FHA / VA insured mortgages.

Custom Design
Any home is only as good as the material used to build it. We use the best and if we hear about a truly outstanding product, we incorporate it into our designs as soon as it becomes available. In addition to warranty by the manufacturer, all standard components of a Genesee Valley Log Home are covered by our own warranty against material defects and error in workmanship. We work with you to create a design that is functional, visually appealing and appropriate for the site you choose. Every home we build is customized to reflect the individual preferences of the homeowner.
